Processing time

All orders are reviewed, packed, and dispatched from our facility within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or observed U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Domestic shipping (United States)

Shipments are sent via trackable carriers with insurance available on request. Standard delivery typically arrives 3–5 business days after dispatch. Free shipping is included on orders over $150.

International shipping

International shipments are available to most countries. Transit times vary and the recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. Certain products may not be shippable to all regions.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to the address on file as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to update.

Storage on arrival

Research peptides are typically shipped lyophilized at ambient temperature and should be transferred to appropriate storage conditions on arrival, per each product's specifications.
